Anti spam perspective : Default deny, blacklists and governance.

For anyone working on the web this issue is serious business : Spam. An interesting post on : Internet Governance - An Antispam Perspective . The author -- Meng Wong -- was the one to break ground on SPF (Sender Policy Framework) , which is one of the newer technical approaches to combating spam.

He addresses many email issues, including : phishing, blacklists, default-deny systems, along with a few other not so technical issues like government policies. Nice read for those interested in spam issues in general.
