We have all grappled with the limitations or quirks involved in writing markup for web pages. And given CSS's future importance in achieving high impact designs ranging from look & feel in alignment, fonts, colors and graphics -- among other things -- the jump from the current release CSS 2 to CSS 3 will surely be one to observe.

Here is an opportunity to take part in an important dialogue, or at least take a peak into what future functionalities will be available to all of us involved in web technologies, since CSS touches a large user group ranging from graphic designers, developers up to browsers makers.
